17 years of Investment Banking in the US and Europe with JPMorgan, RBS, Lehman Brothers and Nomura. Rose to Co-Head of Acquisition and Leveraged Finance for EMEA. He started in the TMT financing practice of JPMorgan and then developed a multi-disciplinary skillset in areas such acquisition financing, debt capital markets, restructurings, debut HY issuers, US and Euro senior and subordinated private placements, Leveraged buy-outs, and real estate financing. Ultimately responsible for M&A, LBO and HY capital raising for some of the most prestigious European. Corporates and Underwriting/raising over $50bn of capital during his tenure in Investment Banking.
Luca has a Cum Laude Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley College and an MBA from Georgetown University. He is fluent in Italian, English, and French.
